The cottage features a lovely sitting area where you can unwind after a day of exploring. Each morning, we were treated to a good breakfast of fresh bread and fruits, served by Alain, giving us a taste of local flair. The hotel also boasts essential amenities, including tea and coffee facilities, which complemented the cozy ambiance perfectly. Though situated in a bustling area, the cottage remains notably quiet, allowing for relaxation amidst the vibrant surroundings. Its prime location makes it easy to access the Dordogne and numerous restaurants and cafés without sacrificing peace. While the rates reflect the charm of such a historic hotel, the experience offers really good value for those who appreciate a distinct blend of comfort and cultural richness.
